Rohit Malpani

Rohit Malpani is an independent consultant based in Paris, specializing in antimicrobial resistance (AMR), artificial intelligence (AI) for health, and access to medicines. With a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Biology and Political Science from Rice University, he has a rich background in international development and public policy. Rohit Malpani has held significant roles, including Director of Policy and Analysis at Médecins Sans Frontières and Special Advisor at Oxfam America, contributing extensively to policy analysis and capacity building in global health.

Throughout his career, Rohit Malpani has been actively involved in various global health initiatives, serving as a UNITAID Board Member and a Human Rights Advisor at the World Health Organization. His work encompasses policy analysis, international law, and humanitarian assistance, with a strong focus on the ethical implications of AI in health.
